EMERGENCY BROADCAST: Sting of the Scorpion urged me to re-blog this message. You’ve been warned!

The Sting Of The Scorpion Blog (T.S.O.T.S.B.)

fuckingidiot

Please, everyone out there, re-blog the following statement onto your blog.

We need to spread awareness before it is too late.

The reason I’ve asked everyone to share this post is because we have all dated, known, worked with, worked for, related to, married to, divorced from, someone who suffers from being a fucking idiot. We all need to understand, being a fucking idiot is real and must be taken real serious. You could be sitting next to a fucking idiot right now. There is still no known cure for being a fucking idiot and unfortunately our sympathies do not help. Sometimes a chunk of 4×4 or other large dense object to the back of the head helps, but not as much as we might think. We can raise awareness right here, right now. Unfortunately, less then 53% of y’all won’t re-post this because you can’t figure out how. I…

Have you ever opened your e-mail and see banner ads?  Sometimes you see them, sometimes you don’t.  That’s because the ads themselves are so small, they’re virtually invisible.  These ads are called web-bugs (or web beacons), small graphics files, and are all but invisible.  They are normally the size of just one pixel (a tiny dot).  Web bugs are referred to as clear GIFs.  The web bug isn’t attached to the e-mail message directly.  It’s located in a separate file on a separate web site that is linked to the e-mail message’s code.  The web bug is activated when you open the e-mail message and the e-mail program finds and locate the referenced file.  When the web bug is accessed, your browsing is tracked and a cookie is placed on your hard drive {file}.  This form of cookie abuse is made possible because modern e-mail is nothing more than a web page delivered to your inbox.

Hello fellow zobops!

I’m so happy to see Justin Bieber arrested.  You and I know he was just asking for it.  Just wait to see what this episode will do to his reputation in the music industry.  Bad Boy Bieber, whacha’ gonna do now?  Please, give me a break.  Bieber drag races in a bright yellow sports car, high on weed, with some other idiot, also high on weed.

Does anyone remember the actor Paul Walker died in a fast sports car a few months ago?  It’s amazing how fast things are forgotten in his world.  Justin Bieber is lucky, he’s a punk, but he’s real lucky.

P.S. I should have named this post, “Too Fast, Too Stupid”.

Bad Luck Wednesday

Hello fellow zobop republicans!

I seem to be having bad luck with e-mail accounts today.  I couldn’t log into my Lycos e-mail.  (Yes, I use LYCOS.)  At first I thought I was creating typos since I’m NOT the best typist.  But after 10 tries, you know something is wrong; but not on my part.  Lycos better get that straightened out even though it’s not a life or death situation.  But still, you would think this shouldn’t happen in this high tech “Shangri-La” world we live in.

I wonder if the NSA (National Security Agency) has these problems. 😉

Martin Luther King Day 2014

Hello fellow zobop republicans;

I don’t normally like to toot my own horn but this doesn’t happen to me too often.  When I became a ‘virtual’ volunteer for http://www.cheerfulgivers.org , I didn’t think I would make an impact on anyone.  I’m sure they have lots of volunteers to be impactful.  But this past January 18th, 2014 Cheerful Givers highlighted a comment of mine to a post about MLK Day.  Just thought I share that with you all.

This is the actual post with my comment:

This is Cheerful Givers highlighting it:

I hope your MLK Day was impactful and productive.

Until next time…

What’s A Virtual Volunteer?

Until this past Sunday I never heard of the term ‘virtual volunteer’. Until I was referred to VolunteerMatch.org I thought you had to phsyically be somewhere. Thanks to a lot of organizations, you too can become a virtual volunteer. Since I don’t have transportation to get around the city I decided to become a volunteer for www.CheerfulGivers.org.

This sounds easy enough. But I want to make an impact on my part. I’ll be virtually volunteering to make it look easy! Until next time… Twitter @zobop_republic

American Amber F(x)

Even though Amber is a member of the Korean K-pop group, she was born and raised in America.  F(x) is what you would call an International music group since the five members are not all from Korea.  Now, if you really are an F(x) fan, you should now this!

F(x) Members

F(x) : Victoria, Amber, Krystal, Sulli, Luna

What I really wanted to emphasize is that Amber Liu is an American. Maybe fans of the group don’t care about this fact because everyone is so enamored with Amber. (Does enamor rhyme with Amber?)  Anyway, here’s my enamored tribute to Amber:

Will You Be A Cheerful Giver

On January 5th, 2014 I joined and started volunteering for a non-profit organization called Cheerful Givers which provides toy-filled birthday gift bags so that less fortunate parents can recognize their child’s birthday with a gift.  I hope you will visit their website and consider making a donation – www.cheerfulgivers.org

They also have a video to watch: “The Cheerful Givers Story” at http://vimeo.com/47488747

New Direction In 2014

Hello fellow zobop republicans! I know I haven’t been posting as often as I would wish. After the death of a family member daily management takes off on new directions. More responsibilities that I didn’t have before are thrown right at my feet. I think my life experience, so far, has prepared me for my new direction in 2014. The 21st century world is vast, and moving fast, so that means I better be good at jumping on a moving train because this ‘brave new world’ is not slowing down for anyone. Not even for ol’ zobop. So, here’s to New Directions in 2014! I hope those dollar coins my cousin gave me for Christmas really do bring me luck.
